Delete your account
Request deletion of your Replenish account and the personal data associated with it.
Quick answer
You can delete your Replenish account in the app, or by emailing us. You do not need to keep the app installed to request deletion by email.
Delete in the app
- Open the Replenish app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Profile Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion begins immediately. Your account and associated data are removed from our systems as described below.
Request by email
If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
- Email: hello@replenishyourself.co.uk
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address used for your Replenish account.
We process email deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymise:
- Account information (name, email, profile data)
- Food and nutrition logs
- Body measurements and progress data
- Health and fitness data synced into Replenish
- App activity and usage data tied to your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited information where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention and security
- Resolving disputes
Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
